Title: Thai Chicken & Sesame Noodles

Yield: 4 Servings

1cGood season oriental sesame salad
  ; dressing,
  Prepared; divided
1lbBoneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into

trips strips 2 tb chunky peanut butter 1 tb honey 1/2 ts crushed red pepper 8 oz thin spaghetti; cooked & : -drained 3/4 c carrot; grated 1/2 c green onions; sliced 1/4 c chopped cilantro

Pour 1/3 cup of the dressing over chicken in medium bowl; toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.

Mix remaining dressing, peanut butter, honey and pepper; set aside.

Cook chicken and marinade in large skillet on medium-high heat until cooked through. Mix spaghetti, chicken, carrot, onions and cilantro in large bowl. Add peanut butter mixture; toss to coat. Serve immediately.

Note from Pam: I break up the spaghetti into about 2" pieces before cooking--makes it easier to serve and eat!
